3 rooms available with or without air conditioning.
AMENITIES
1 Queen/King Bed and 1 Single Bed
Each room sleeps 3 adults (or a family of 4) with a queen/king & single bed. The "Red" room has a King bed while "Purple"/"Green" rooms have queen beds.
Beach View?
You can't see the beach from your bed, but you can if you stick your head out the door!
Private Entrance
The room is situated in a row next to other rooms but there are no shared hallways or doors prior to the entrance of your room.
Lockbox
Keep your passport, wallet, and jewelry safe in the in-room lock box.
THE DORMS
10-bed dorm or 6-bed dorm with air conditioning.
AMENITIES
10 or 6 bed coed dorm
The big dorm room sleeps 10 with five bunk beds and the AC dorm room sleeps 6 with three bunk beds.
Beach View?
You can't see the beach from your bed, but you can if you look out the window!

Keep your passport, wallet, and jewelry safe in the lockers available in the main dorm.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that changes occur which may affect your ability to travel and visit us in Nicaragua. When booking your stay we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit, but with ample time (14 days in advance for private rooms and 7 days in advance for dorms) and proper notice (please send us an email), we can cancel your stay and your deposit can be used towards any trip in the future.
